Carolina Pool Management manages dozens of swimming pool facilities across Charlotte. We have jobs in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Lancaster County, Union County, Gaston County, York County, Matthews, Mint Hill, Gastonia, Monroe, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, Fort Mill, Pineville, Belmont, Waxhaw

We have a variety of positions available in and around the Charlotte metropolitan area, from management jobs to part-time and summer jobs for teenagers and college students.  We hire hundreds of aquatics professionals and summer workers each year, including Program Directors, Swimming Pool Supervisors, Pool Managers, Lifeguards, Swimming Pool Technicians, Swim Lesson Instructors, Lifeguard Instructors, Front Desk Attendants, and Concessions.

We provide training and certification whenever necessary.
