If you are looking for a career in the Aquatic Industry and like to travel, we have a great opportunity for you with the Pool Management Group. The Pool Management Group (PMG) provides support and services to our affiliated swimming pool management companies throughout the country.

The Aquatic Field Support Associate position involves traveling to different cities throughout the swimming pool season. You will be providing support with pool openings, hiring of personnel, training of company Pool Managers and Lifeguards, pool operations, and pool closings. This individual will work closely with the General Manager of each Company on a day-to-day basis.

The Aquatic Field Support staff will report directly to the Director of Field Operations with the Pool Management Group. Aquatic Field Support staff will need the ability to teach and educate other staff in the swimming pool industry. This individual should have the ability to prioritize while managing many tasks at the same time. Successful experience in working with others is a must along the ability to motivate. Previous aquatic or swimming pool experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing necessary support to assist cities in opening their pools on time, assure the Pool Management Group standards are being maintained through operations, Customer Satisfaction is being maintained, provide training to Aquatic Regional Directors, Seasonal Supervisors and staff, winterizing of facilities, assure that all labor and local compliances are being followed, and assist with arranging further education and Pool Management Group Meetings.
